At DB Scents, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Our return and exchange period is 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, with at least 90% of the content remaining, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds and exchanges are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for the delivery cost when sending a product back for exchange (except in cases of our error).

  • If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, DB Scents will cover all return or exchange shipping costs.
